Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required, and no hidden fees apply. Your shipping cost will be $0 at checkout.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The daily cutoff for order processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Our handling time is 1 to 3 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Transit Time
After the handling period, standard transit time is 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination within the contiguous United States. Delivery to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take additional time.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided. If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, BOGGDUFFLE ships only to addresses within the United States (including PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). We do not ship to international destinations. For any special requests or bulk orders, please reach out to our customer service team.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will assist you with a claim or reshipment.
